I hope that picture is old...that can't be your Christmas tree up already. I know what you mean about the cats. My kids love them but I hate the hassle of pets. I know, I know that there are many pet lovers out there but I just can't seem to get into it.
You PURCHASED cats?! What a concept. Here they are plentiful enough that a interested person can find a plethora of the critters from almost anywhere free for the taking. However I understand some folks prefer pure breds.
The medicating, as well as very occasional bathing of cats requires a suit of armor.
I paid for the medical expenses for 2 rescued kittens. My brother paid $500 for a certain breed though. They were a distraction from the divorce and at the time seemed like a comfort to the kids.
And no, my tree isn't up. I like Christmas and all, but not that much!
