Here is a telling scene from the garden window in my kitchen. The white rose is my daughters from her induction into the National Junior Honor Society. (I'm allowed to brag, right?) The red carnation corsage is for being a Sunday School Teacher. The shells in the background I collected with friends on the beach. And do you see the sprouts in the shot glass? My son collected these wild onions as a gift to me. Isn't he a charmer? We need him in this house!

by the way... I loved the Princess and the Carrot... I was laughing so hard I was crying!
That was great directing, wasn't it? (For the rest of you, I video taped my daughter & MK's sister's original improvised screenplay when they were about 4 years old. We just had it transferred to DVD & mailed it to her for her 14th birthday.)
That rose looks delicious! Sometimes there are roses on our table; I think they are a treat for me. I have to be sure to eat them on the table where the debris looks more natural - when I carry them to the chair I get found out! Who would think that a sweet little bunny would get on the table and eat the roses?
